Movers damage items during the move, did not complete the job, mostly delayed things...did not provide insurance docs, agreed to compensate for small amount of assembling cost but have not paid yet. Won't recommend for long moves. Initial interaction really did won my confidence but very disappointed with the actual moving process. There was a big communication issue between the manager, the movers and then between them and us. I trusted them with a lot of things due to pre move trust developed but was very disappointed as to how they managed everything particularly when dropping the items at the new place.

There aren’t enough words to describe how outstanding this company is. They were helpful and flexible right from the start. Gordon was brilliant! The team who took care of the move were faultless, taking time to ensure the safety and security of our stuff. They worked hard all day to avoid adding further stress and drama to a largely awful 6 month process that lead us to this 250 mile move up north. I would definitely use them again.

All good except more care needs to be taken with packing as two cut glass items that were family heirlooms got smashed as they were wrapped together in plain paper - no bubble wrap to be seen - and the boxes were not clearly labelled - but the guys themselves we very obliging

Although this moving company eventually delivered my furniture everything went wrong every step of the day. They changed their quote after I had excepted it, they only sent one guy which meant i had to help them carey the furniture and no dismantling service was provided as promised. The company has also not responded to my communication and complaint after. I highly discourage anyone to use their service.

Ok but wouldent use them I would use another more professional company

was good in the beginning but the movers slowed down a lot or not moving at all towards the end and cause me extra 2 hours to pay.

Movers were polite and efficient. Rate was reasonable. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

The communication with Carla at first was good. I paid my £250 deposit and received an email confirming they were coming to pack the house up on the Saturday then the Sunday they were going to dissemble the beds, pack up the vans and leave (we were driving from North London to the South coast). Saturday morning came and they didn’t turn up!!! I tried calling them on various numbers, sent emails and I had no response. As you can imagine this was a very stressful situation and we frantically called hundreds of other company’s but it was too short notice. We had to pack up the house ourselves, hire vans and get family and friends to help us. What should have been a stress free experience, turned into the worst, most stressful, exhausting few days of our lives!!!! They eventually called us on the Saturday night and said they were coming on Sunday morning to ‘pack and go’. The miscommunication is just unacceptable and if I were you I would AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!
