We are a family-owned company and we started years ago with moving a sofa and a fridge from here to there, and we ended up having clients that own castles. Customer Feedback: Choosing a firm was difficult, because multiple online websites offered their ‘cheapest’ quotations and claims of ‘best value’. “Absolutely brilliant”
The removal team was very professional, careful with our stuff. Nothing was broken or damaged.

Despite going to the effort of sending a detailed itinerary of all furniture including dimensions with a video of the access and nature of the property this information was not passed over to the removal team. They first of all couldn’t find the entrance to the property which I had added on the video, and they were looking for an apartment. So when they realised they were moving off a boat they weren’t very happy, and rightfully so. I actually felt sorry for them because they had been allowed 5 hrs to load but it was never going to be 5hrs by any stretch of the imagination. They then had a 4.5 hr drive but they were told it was a 2 hr drive to the new property. They then had to unload and drive back, leaving them with 5hrs sleep before starting the next job. Cornerstone need to learn how to treat their staff and communicate!!! The whole move was a panicked rush and as a result several items were damaged. In fairness the guys doing the move were great but I wouldn’t recommend cornerston
“Home removal”
Booked Cornerstone removal for moving house. After the move noticed few items missing. Emailed Cornerstone but have not had any feedback or response from them. I had the team leaders mobile number who was present during the move and admitted he has one of the items. 1 week later still waiting for it to be returned. To date, no phonecall or update from Cornerstone regarding missing items and when they will be returned. Customer service is non existintent and very difficult to get anyone on the phone. As they subcontract the drivers and van, they do not have direct control of the team in case of any issues. Please avoid this company and save all the stress. Best to pay a bit more and use a reputable company.
“Delivery Issues”
They sounded good on the video survey. They collected professionally. We then paid them! However they delivered and left before anyone of the family arrived and therefore many things were in the wrong rooms. They also lost some items. I have emailed them my issues and have not heard anything from them. My 87 year old mother is not very happy.

Great service, before and during move. Just great no nonsense, customer focused service. I’d use Cornerstone again for sure.
“Pre-delivery was great, shame about removal men”
I want to start by saying that this was our first time making such a big move and that the customer service pre-move was really quite fantastic. The problems came on the day itself with the removals men the company sub-contracted. They took things that explicitly told them not to, left things we asked them to bring. Van that came didn’t have lift like we were quoted for. The guys basically made me pay them extra cash as a sort of bribe to complete the job and take everything. Then when we got there didn’t take things into the right rooms and damaged the floors, walls, and ceilings of our new rental property. At the end the guys basically forced me to write a Google review at the end and stood over me watching before they would leave. Left us both feeling quite shaken.
“Awful experience”
I was so disappointed with the service from cornerstone at first it was going well they did their video tour , told them what wasn’t being taken what was they quoted they came in very competitive. I kept them updated wit’s move date changes . I told them numerous vocations I wasn’t sure boxes calculated were enough. Come move in day was the worst move experience ever we they arrive and inform my partner there to much and wouldn’t fit in the two vans it was a 4 bed house u think they know from experience we then had no choice but to pay another £1100 on top of what we paid to move the rest because they miscalculated it made the day very stressful unfair and an awful experience but we paid . Then we get told they need a fourth van I nearly blew my top but they couldn’t do it same day had to be next day thankfully we didn’t have pay for the fourth van . When it arrived stuff we told don’t bring they did if they hadn’t they wouldn’t need 4th. Never again

To make sure that the client has a smooth removal, we do not charge for any packaging materials. So he can have as many boxes and packaging materials he wants.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Be calm and give us a call, we can find a solution for everything. Don't fall for the 'cheap price' and 'best value' lie that some companies advertise.
