This review is simultaneously a gratitude for an exceptional removal services rendered by this family business. I was flooded with multiple removal offers after submitting a request form on Getamover. P D Richards stood out among any other companies from the begining. Firstly, because of affordability - their quote was the lowest. Secondly, because of their customer service; Paul promised us stress free removal. Thirdly, because of their services: brilliant communication, arrival even before the time, all furniture and boxes carried with so much care, no damages to stuff or property. We were moving to the new build property and, having some bad experiences in the past with removal people, we were worried how this move would be. But Paul and his elder son delievered their promise: they did outstanding job while we were absolutely relaxing. We will recomend this small family business to all our friends, neighbours and family planning to move. Thank you Paul! :).

Paul has been great throughout and his team were friendly and helpful throughout a long and extremely hot day. Everything was loaded and unloaded with great care and there was no damage to items or property. His communications and pricing structure were clear from the start and meant there were no surprises or unexpected costs as the day took longer than planned. From booking to completion of our move, Paul provided an excellent service. Professional, calm and efficient, we felt that our move was in safe hands, as was our belongings. When we had issue with a chair, Paul dealt with it calmly and didn’t stop until he’d resolved the issue for us. We would highly recommend P D Richard’s.

Turned up early and moved some very heavy boxes down an awkward staircase even though the boxes weren’t the best quality.They were very polite and efficient. Paul’s communication was very good prior to the day, and he re-confirmed the day before. Would recommend.

The men worked incredibly hard, and still with great care, so no breakages. They were more than willing to put everything where we wanted, even when we changed our minds. The whole move went very smoothly.
