punctual, polite, careful and resourceful

Care removals were very helpful friendly and efficient. The van wasn’t the smartest I’ve ever seen but the people made the difference and the job was done exactly as instructed.

The original estimate was astronomical but we moved most of the stuff ourselves in a hire van to reduce costs. The company that was moving our classic cars could not take our 1942 Harley so we asked Care Removals to fit it in one of the vans. They charged an extra £350 - the same as the 3 cars! After much telephone haggling on a very stressful day they agreed to reduce the price. The men who did the moving were fantastic. Good natured, fun guys who enjoyed their job.

Care removals were excellent in understanding our needs and planned the project appropriately. They arrived on time and carefully executed the plan. We liked their polite, flexible approach and their hard work. They packed our items our items diligently and carefully transported them.

I had two flats that I needed to move into the new one that I bought, so I spent a lot of time getting quotes and speaking to numerous moving companies, as I know how complex and stressful moving can be and with a new company that I started up, decreasing that stress was crucial. I choose Care Removals, because of the time and patience Hassan had to work through all of the elements that I needed from my move. I also chose Hassan because he is the owners / operator of this business and has a new small child and family, so knew that he has everything in this business and has a lot on the line to make this a success. All of the movers at Care took such legitimate care over every single item I had, wrapping things, packing things well and moving things with care. They also offered a lot of flexibility, as my moving dates were fluid over the month and they communicated with me so well, in order to adjust and accomodate. This was overall the best part of my move. I recommend them!!!

The whole experience was how a house move should be, calm, efficient, accurate, seamless and without breakages. I would definitely use their services again.

Overall ok. Could improve on the service by not missing stuff from a couple of places. Polite staff members and good behaviour.
