We were very anxious about our move due to two quite difficult road situations and getting a big van down. The guys from bramhall removal company were really reassuring and did a very smooth, quick and efficient job! The guys who moved the furniture were lovely and very helpful. Thank you!!
“Fast efficient but under priced due to no visit”
The 2 x guys that moved my furniture amazing so efficient and quick. The whole job was under priced due to the move not being visually seen or a full list of contents! Luton van priced but really needed a 6 ton van. Not a great start to the move and left me with a ‘bitter’ taste. I had a 2bedroomed terraced moving to a 3bedroomed semi. I have a LOT of furniture/boxes. I originally sent an email asking for a price for moving my house and the list I gave was a ‘rough’ price and the quote was based on this. Would of been a lot easier to see the house and ask for a complete list. Polite professional workers not impressed with David Bramhall’s attitude and the way he handled or rather mishandled my belongings! When I asked to visit and why he didn’t view I received the the response ‘I haven’t time!’

Dear Dawn. Thank you for this review, when we arrived at the property it was a mess, half the house had not been packed, loads of goods in carrier bags, not suitable for packing a van. To help Dawn out i even came back on the sunday at 7morning, looking back i should have taken one look and declined the move, worst job for being ready to move ihave seen in 30years. Excellent guys who worked very hard despite the heat - carried all my stuff via stairs to my flat on the second floor. Sadly the van was on the smallish side so had to make 2 trips of a 100 miles each way, which increased my removal costs - but was happy to give a local firm the business.

David & crew turned up at the agreed time/day, moved all our boxed up belongings to our new house. Nothing was any trouble for them. Everything put were I asked. Very polite and well mannered lads and they well earned their tips……would I use them again? 100%. Thank you Bramhall removals.

“Bramhall Removals”
Due to a number of assumptions which turned out to be incorrect the company could not move me on the arranged day. This didn’t come to light until the day before when I rang just to check everything. To be fair (and the reason I have rated them ‘Good’) they put me in touch with an alternative service which proved to be efficient and cheaper due to the type of move. The lesson learnt by both sides was to check all assumptions before committing.
