About the company
Established in 1995 Access Transport offer domestic removals and storage solutions from their offices in Banstead to clients in Surrey, South London and Middlesex. Since that time Access Transport has become one of the largest family run, independent removal companies in Surrey, Middlesex and London. Access Transport run eight vehicles of varying sizes, the staff are uniformed and Access carry full public liability insurance.

All staff/furniture/ were left outside in the front garden as the moving guys need to finish early on weekends and were not willing to wait(they could not unloaded the furniture to the house as they arrived in the address much early than me) I did receive apologies from the boss and was offered a discount, however the stress was too much to be measured in money!

Dear Ms Je. Thanks for your feedback and your business. I am sorry about the confusion during your removal. We normally expect our clients to arrive at the new property before we do. The staff left the furniture in the front garden under your instruction as the lady at the new house would not let us in to unload and you could not say what time you expected to arrive at your new home. Again many thanks and sorry about the confusion.

Access came and surveyed and qouted which was important as I knew they understood my requirements. No money up front - payment on completion. They moved us in 2 days overall , fantastic service, very fast at both ends and all of the lads were friendly and professional and helpful . We moved over 100 miles. Access were more expensive than others that qouted but it showed . Highly recommend Andy and his team. Would definitely use again
