The guys were polite and professional and troubleshooted to fix problems in a quick and professional manner

Arrived over an hour late. Van apparently broke down and had to hire a replacement. Needed fuel but forgot wallet - heavy weekend traffic not taken into account. Arrived over 1 hour late. Efficient but in a rush. Failed to move a wardrobe. Concious of time as had to return to collect child!! In my mind, job incomplete - disappointed.

Was supposed to turn up at 8_8.30. Turned up at 10.45. Was told van broke down. 2guys turned up with a transit van, which one of them told me it was his window cleaning van, it took 3 trips and they left at 7pm, my furniture was filthy from the van. The 2 guys done their best but the owner Sean would not take my calls. Turned out he took on a big job needing 3Luton vans so I was let down. He could have told me and i could have changed it to next day. I am disabled so my husband had to help them. I was totally upset by the whole experience. I thought being on your site I would be covered by having decent removers. Never again!!!!!!

Full marks to Gammons. I organised a move for my elderly parents, and also put out for quotes from two large companies. Gammons came straight back with a decent quote for a full move with packing; the other two companies have yet to respond. They were perfect for my parents. The team came in, packed the house, and were off the next morning without delay - going from Devon to Kent in terrible weather. I wasn't there but my sister and parents were full of praise for the team. Thank you so much Gammons for such a great service.
