When you don't pay the deposit, the manager just has to carry you on his lap because he's so cool! After you pay, he even asks for money for a potted plant that you take. but the men who work for him are good people. It was the only thing I liked

I booked the removal quite close to the date, and they were able to fit me in. Overall the service was good, with no problems - arrived when they said on both ends. If you're looking for Pickfords with branded vans and smart uniforms then this isn't it, but they are decent people doing their job, and they dealt with three flights of stairs and loads of boxes well. Be careful about specifying how many boxes and other items you have for the quote, but that should be true anyway. I'd hire them again.
