“No care taken, stolen items”
Their service is awful, Dee’s nice demeanour switches in a moment. These guys are unreasonable and they will try a number of things to get more cash than they quote you for. They will get something smaller than you need. Then charge more to bring another truck. They will add random charges. They will switch on you and make you pay in full before they deliver your things in order to secure their payment despite knowing they’ve damaged or lost your things. Their storage is also in a horrid field somewhere, your items will be water damaged. There is no quality control. My items were expensive, many of them damaged, places and piled stupidly and some missing. Items belonging to someone else included in my delivery too. When I followed up with Dee on my missing items including some designer jackets and also some marble furniture, he blocked me on WhatsApp. Not worth the risk if you need a smooth and good quality move. Storage pricing is too expensive & your items will get damaged.

How did you start your business?
Having been in the removals sector for over 15 years i decided to start up independently just under 10 years ago and have grown the business organically with the specific aim of providing the best moving experience we can.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Always provide a detailed description of the items you wish to move and any special requirements for particular pieces of furniture. In addition to this be sure to provide any specific instructions / guide on access to the collection & drop off properties so that the removal co can provide you with an accurate quotation.
