Worst moving experience I ever had - dishonest people driven only by money with 0 care for customers. Do not trust their google reviews either as they are mostly copy-paste across different people. In short: - used the company for transportation from London to Amsterdam - Initial price/timelines was attractive, however they over-charged the initial bill by £1.6K as they claimed my stuff weighted 1.4 tonnes (only one random receipt was provided to prove that, when I asked for more proof they got pushy and sent nasty emails. - Paid for delivery to 4th floor, however delivery guy (showed up at 11.30pm at night) refused to do so and dropped the boxes on the street. When I challenged the company they claimed false stuff (i.e. refused to get the good transported to the 4th floor/didn’t offer help), proved them wrong with an audio recording of the convo w the driver which they did not expect I have. Currently seeking legal advice, stay away from this bunch of dishonest people.
