“Worst move ever”
The movers grossly underestimated the vehicle requirements despite having conducted a thorough survey of everything to be moved. In the end we had to abandon a significant quantity of material. Also they missed the contents of two kitchen cupboards entirely and failed to check that all the rooms were clear. One of the furniture items is also damaged.

What actually happened..was the customer added numerous items to the move after the visit, they also dig up trees and bushes and proceeded to place them into extremely large tubs around half a metre square, full of soil and they could hardly be moved. Once these were in the vehicle because of weight this meant we couldn’t take all of the garden pots. I offered to arrange them to be collected as a good will gesture but didn’t hear back from the customer. We never underestimate and if we were too it would be up to us to correct this and provide extra transport to take the items. On this occasion we did much more than we should have done including taking the customers furniture out of the house and placing it in peoples cars/vans where they had sold it. We went above and beyond but sometimes you cannot please everyone and blame is very easily passed. Please see all our other reviews online and this is the only bad one in 8 years that you will find.
