Theo and Robbie were a fantastic moving team. I find moving chaotic and anxiety-inducing, but they kept the whole day smooth, relaxed and calm, which made a huge difference. They looked after my possessions and took real care manoeuvring items in and out of both properties. Their packing technique was meticulous: they managed to fit everything into a single long wheel base van! Theo had even offered to make a return trip at no extra cost if it hadn’t all fitted, which shows how fair and customer-focused they are. Both Theo and Robbie also unloaded room to room, which helped a lot when settling in, making things easier for me. The quote provided was clear, with no hidden surprises and clear prompt communication with Theo occurred at all times. How did you start your business?
After more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the removals industry, I decided to establish T.H.E Services and build a company around the standards I believe matter most. The aim was to combine professional removals experience with the personal service and flexibility of an independent business. We focus on doing the fundamentals well: being reliable, communicating clearly, working efficiently and taking proper care of our customers' belongings.
What makes your services standout?
We offer a personal, flexible service and take the time to understand and properly plan each move. From local house moves to full relocations and long-distance removals, we tailor the team and vehicles to the job. We can also dismantle and reassemble furniture and handle large or specialist items. You'll deal directly with an experienced team focused on careful handling, punctuality and making your move run smoothly.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Don't choose on price alone. Check what's included in the quote and make sure you're comfortable with the company you're trusting with your belongings. Provide photos or a detailed inventory, along with information about access, parking, stairs, heavy items and anything requiring dismantling. The more info you provide, the more accurately your move can be planned and quoted. Once your moving date is confirmed, book early to secure your preferred date, we are flexible if your booked date moves.
