“Rude office staff”
After the original valuation I received a call to persuade me to use the company and work within my budget. Bad idea! Don’t be fooled. Cash deal was no deal at all. The van was not big enough and the office staff were unsure on what they had quoted. The removal men themselves were nice enough and tried to help two of the three man team said “this is embarrassing”. I was accused by a member of the office management of trying to not pay what I had agreed to however I just wanted to pay for what had been agreed which wasn’t delivered. My costs were significantly increased by being misled that they could do the job.

How did you start your business?
We're a family run business with humble beginnings. Over the years we have grown from one vehicle to a modern fleet and superb storage facilities.
What makes your services standout?
We are fully aware that all clients have different needs, It can either be the size of property you are moving to, budget or time period that you can move. Our removal service is based in Essex but offers a comprehensive choice from household, commercial, European and worldwide removals, packing, planning and self-storage.
