“Rude office staff”
After the original valuation I received a call to persuade me to use the company and work within my budget. Bad idea! Don’t be fooled. Cash deal was no deal at all. The van was not big enough and the office staff were unsure on what they had quoted. The removal men themselves were nice enough and tried to help two of the three man team said “this is embarrassing”. I was accused by a member of the office management of trying to not pay what I had agreed to however I just wanted to pay for what had been agreed which wasn’t delivered. My costs were significantly increased by being misled that they could do the job.

I received a phone call asking for £60 more because the two man crew loaded a small garden table and 4 chairs after a discussion it was agreed to drop the request for additional payment I found the phone call disturbing and put me off endorsing this company but applaud the 2 man team that helped tirelessly to move my furniture with happy behaviour

We're a family run business with humble beginnings. Over the years we have grown from one vehicle to a modern fleet and superb storage facilities.
What makes your services standout?

Our removal service is based in Essex but offers a comprehensive choice from household, commercial, European and worldwide removals, packing, planning and self-storage.
