How did you start your business?
Load & Go Removals & House Clearances was started after recognising the need for a reliable, professional and fairly priced removals service across Greater Manchester and the North West. We built the business around careful handling, honest communication and treating every customer’s belongings with respect.
What makes your services standout?
We provide a friendly, dependable service with clear pricing and no hidden charges. Our Luton van has an electric tail lift, and we use professional protective equipment to safeguard customers’ furniture and properties. We are fully insured, including £50,000 Goods in Transit cover and £5 million Public Liability cover.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Provide an accurate inventory or a short video of everything being moved, including details of stairs, lifts and parking at both properties. Have boxes securely packed and clearly labelled before moving day. Good preparation helps the move run safely, efficiently and without unexpected costs.
