“Dissatisfaction”
After moving half of the stuffs from the innitial address to the van, they asked more money to complete the move. We were initially agreed on £200 but at the end they charged me £300. I was too tired to argue and just paid the money. They also denied to put most of the stuffs in the places we asked them and just put every thing in the ground floor except two sets of drawers that they placed in first floor as requested.

We are sorry you were not completely satisfied but unfortunately if we are not given the correct information the price meeds to change I think there may have been some confusion with many people in the house but everything was placed where we were asked to . Kind regards

I had a fair experience, just that they were quite hasty. Rushed my family for most part and we had to join in to load into the van and unload into our new home. If only they could be more patient and not put too much pressure on family

Im sorry you feel that way but we were bartered down quite harshly on price to complete the job so were under pressure to make it work There was a lot more invlolved than we were told about but we still got the job done , help was offered not asked for.
