“Rip off”
Didn't come out for a quote but told me 300. After packing half my stuff told me another 250. So that was 550 pounds then they said the lorry was full so I had to hire someone else to complete my move. A few damages as well

We are not always able to carry out a pre move visit. So our quotations are based on the information and item lists provided by the customer. On arrival our team found the property to be in a condition that presented significant challenges and potentially health and safety concerns. However understanding that the customer was distressed and needed assistance, the team continued with the move. I then attended the property personally and praised my men on handling this difficult situation. There was also considerable more items to remove than originally listed. Before carrying out any additional work , I discussed this with the customer and agreed a price, and the move was completed as agreed. We are disappointed that the customer feels dissatisfied, as we genuinely believe our team did everything possible to assist and complete the move professionally under very challenging circumstances.

How did you start your business?
Started as a courier business with runs full length of uk then started taking on house moves and havent looked back. All our business is now house moves and has been for years. All vans are now equipped with all equipment for house moves with uniformed experienced porters.
What makes your services standout?
Fine detail. We take note of all items going,do house visits,keep in regular contact with customers on lead up to move. We want to provide a stress free day for them.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Be prepared. Dont leave packing until last minute. Get a house visit for us to view items take list so we can provide an accurate quote.
