“We have moved”
Something out of a comedy series, it started off as being £1,400 then £1,200 once they had come around £2,000 but they got the job done with lack of materials (Boxes, so there was some breakage) as we had so much to take. Following this the team were very funny, but one ended up being very bad, so they all got around to making sure he was alright. The end result they did it all. Thanks plus I gave them a personal bonus of £70.

As you are aware we gave an estimate over the phone for a 2 bedroom flat when we arrived to confirm our quote it was not a normal amount of furniture for a 2 bedroom property. You had an unbelieveable amount of stuff to move the items in your living room alone filled a luton van in total it took 3 and a half luton vans. It was for this reason upon veiwing your flat we quoted £2000 which was more than the original estimate we were honest and upfront with you when we came to view your contents and you were happy with our quote Packing materials were what we had left from another move you are aware we had no time to order more packing materials as you requested a quote on the friday to move on the monday it took us most of saturday and sunday to pack up everything. Acsess from your flat was up and down 3 flights of steps with a 30 yard walk from flat to van. On moving day we lost a man to a medical emergency with ambulance being called to your new address but you move was still completed

Like many removals companies out there we started with 1 van and 2 men since then we have grown substantially and now able to offer services throughout the UK

What is your top advice for your customers?
we would always advise customers to check insurance prior to there move and ask to see copies. always ask about hidden or extra charges we do not have any but others might. get quotes not estimated request these in emails or writing after speaking with a removal company on the phone
