How did you start your business?

After working in I.T. for 20 years, I knew I needed a change. I've always liked physical work and meeting people, so removals/man and van was ideal. After two years trading, the company won a Scoot Headline Award for innovation and customer service.

What makes your services standout?

We are always friendly and I offer a personalised customer service. Customers receive a booking confirmation email, courtesy call the day before and a sales receipt is sent the day after. We are exceptionally careful with goods. Items are wrapped and strapped in securely.

What is your top advice for your customers?

Make sure boxes are filled to the top and taped securely. Remove any trip hazards. Don't worry. Sit back. Let us do the work.
