I'd recommend this company. In fact, I moved my stuff into a storage facility and I'll be using them again to take the stuff out! They moved so quickly and professionally. Fast and easy online booking which showed me instant prices and quotes for my move. They were professional and hard-working, fully packed and moved me. They really did make my move "quick and easy" - they wore hi-vis jackets and used trolleys to move my items easily and safely. No dramas, they were super friendly and got the move done and dusted for me, which was exactly what I needed. The guys were fantastic! They were quick at the pickup and drop off. Took care of my stuff and their surroundings at both properties. The website was very easy to use and the process of payment and delivery was super efficient. Very well-equipped as well as punctual. My movers were strong and patient. The van was in clean condition. Overall, fantastic customer service and worth every penny. I would definitely highly recommend to use!

VaiVan I found to be an excellent company with great communication through the whole process, the driver and his assistant were very helpful throughout the whole move to good care of all my belongings, and were great in getting them to the right place all on time as they stated, I would highly recommend. They were very professional and hard-working, took care of all my belongings by packing and moving me on the same-day from my 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with no-lift, they were extremely cheap compared to the other prices I was quoted for by other companies, it was an easy and simple process to book online and I had the option to pay the remaining amount either by card, bank transfer or by cash which made it so easy for me as VaiVan was very flexible with payment options. Customer service was very helpful and answered any questions I had about my move. All my belongings were not only protected physically but I was fully insured by them in case of an accident as standard.

Honestly, I have moved around a lot over the years, and never had I ever had movers as helpful and professional as the three gentlemen from VaiVan who helped me out. Excellent communication, lovely manners, and genuine care to ensure a positive experience. They provided tools to dismantle furniture and were thorough with ensuring all of my belongings were perfectly taken care of. Furthermore, they were constantly very patient and reassuring, it truly helped reduce the stress of it all. Excellent service, absolutely excellent. They had moving blankets and straps which were used to tie and cover my belongings as they were being loaded into the Luton van. Their pricing was cheap and the move didn't cost me that much as the movers were efficient and fast - they wasted no time. Booking with them was no hassle as it was simple, quick and easy I was able to use my card to pay online and I was provided receipts as well immediately after making payment - fully packed and moved my 4 bed home!!!!
