I was looking for a removal to Spain and after requesting some quotes.. JCL appeared on my list and i decided to get in touch with them and it was definitely worth it. First of all Joelle herself was an absolute delight throughout the whole operation and almost felt like you was dealing with a friend that you knew for years. It made me feel confident despite the stress and nerves to get everything ready for the trip and even the paperwork was done comfortably thanks to Joelle's guide. The move itself was fantastic! Driver came nice and early that morning, very helpful loading the truck and literally said to me and my father "see you in 2 days". It was extremely pleasing to see that he arrived after exactly 2 days and all of our boxes and furniture arrived safely and in one piece, he helped us to bring everything down from the truck and double checked the number of items with us. Despite a few worries about collection and delivery delays, the removal was successfully done, and the company was kind and flexible to arrange common agréments. And their agent in charge was nice and comprehensive. Good job at the final !

Great comms from team at head office. Always available including outside working hours. Flexible and able to move date around and removal team were great. Slight downsided were we paid for an extra man and 2 turned up and when the driver was waiting for his next job from our location in France he dropped his cigarette butts on the side of the road outside our new house. I'm sure he's learned from the experience and would use the whole team again
