“They don't have the experience or tools”
They took alot of time because they lake the experience, they don't even have the right tools to dismantle. Be very careful because they till you good price for the first 3 hours and they we say don't worry will manage in 3 hours but because of lack of experience and tools they will definitely take more than 3 hours and charge you £95 per hour.

Hi Mohamed, Thank you for your feedback, We moved you from a 3 bedroom house into 2nd floor apartment. If we don't have tools and experience , how did we dismantle and reassemble all your furniture including a very heavy Mable dinning table with 8 chairs, Super king size bed, 2 double beds, and we had to take the doors of your American size fridge due your tight front doors. And expect us to do that in 3 hours. I think your feedback is due to lack of understanding how removal works. And after all we gave you discount £85 per hour. Many thanks Ukmovers and Storage team
