“Positive experience”
We used this service to move flats (pack and move specifically) few days ago and experience was positive all-in-all. I will use them in the future and gladly recommend to my friends. Survey: Very convenient initial evaluation of the amount of goods to pack and move via WatsUp call. No lists to create adding each and every item to the registry, no need to book an in-person appointment. Nothing from this last-century stuff. I enquired on Monday, on Tuesday we had a wats up survey call and by the end of the day I had an accurate quote from them. Great approach! Service: 3 men were at my door 8 am sharp on the day with all the items needed to pack. The packing was done very swift. Real gem is that you don't even need to dismantle big items as long as they fit in the entrance door and lift! Few of our Dressers were transported as is with all the items in tact right in the shelves! Fragile items like plats and glasses were additionally wraped in brown paper as well as some electronic items

Friendly, efficient. Did a video survey which was quick however, for some reason or other there was a misunderstanding and not all furniture was quoted for the move which resulted in an additional van being needed and an additional cost to us on the day. Everything wrapped well, no recycling service is provided which is a shame since boxes etc good quality.
