Reviews
“Smooth start to finish”
Friendly, helpful on the very first phone call. Polite helpful removal guys turned up fast and efficient and on time I would recommend Holdem. I did shop around and their quote was 👍 good.
“Really Recommend this company”
Brilliant service from beginning to end. Easy to book survey and secure removal day. Crew arrived promptly, polite, explained everything, quick to load up, quick to unload at the new house, kept everything clean, checked everything was in the right place, nothing was too much trouble for them, professional and courteous.
“Very good”
Really excellent service, very professional movers, good communication throughout the entire process
“HOLDEM ARE BRILLIANT”
THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! FROM THE INITIAL CALL WITH ALEX REGARDING THE ONLINE SURVEY, I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO BE GREAT. ALL OF THE 5 GUYS WHO DID THE REMOVAL WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE ALL REALLY FRIENDLY, POLITE AND SO HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS. I HAVE MOVED HOUSE 6 TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND HOLMDEN ARE THE BEST COMPANY I'VE EVER USED. USUALLY I LOOK AT REVIEWS AND THINK IS THIS A RELATIVE OR FRIEND WHO WROTE THE REVIEW. I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER WHO HAS WRITTEN THIS REVIEW AND HAVE NO PERSONAL CONNECTION AT ALL WITH HOLMDEN. HONESTLY IF YOU NEED A REMOVAL USE THIS COMPANY.
“Excellent service”
Really helpful guys, honest and open quote, very efficient. No complaints. A bit more pricey than other options but worth the extra. Many thanks
“Great Team!”
We had a great experience with this group and would highly recommend!
“The reviews were accurate!”
Holdem removals were very professional and efficient. I had a video calm to show what I needed moving before the quote. Alex was really helpful and I never felt under pressure when going through the quoting phase. They were very reasonably priced. The guys arrived promptly on the day and did a great job. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Thank you for the great service.
“Did a great job”
Holdem removals did a great job, they were careful with our items. Would use again
“Excellent!”
Couldn't recommend enough - quick, friendly, professional
“Professional”
Although there were language barriers we got along fine. That makes the process went smoothly.
Q&A
How did you start your business?
As a removals company, our business started with a vision to provide a reliable and efficient service to help customers move their belongings safely and with minimal stress. We identified a gap in the market for a removals company that could offer a transparent, fixed-price service with no hidden fees. We invested in the right equipment and trained our staff to ensure that we could offer a high-quality service that met the needs of our customers. Over time, we built a strong reputation.
What makes your services standout?
Our commitment is to provide honesty, professionalism, and a fixed pricing policy. We don't believe in quoting low prices only to increase them on the day of service. Instead, we guarantee a fair and transparent pricing structure that you can rely on.
What is your top advice for your customers?
As a removals company, my top advice for your potential customers would be to plan their move in advance and book early to ensure availability of a reliable removals company. It's also important to do research and choose a reputable company with a proven track record of customer satisfaction. Packing efficiently and labeling boxes clearly can save time and minimize stress on moving day. Additionally, it's crucial to inform the removals company about any specific requirements beforehand.
