I had an International shipment due to relocation (from UK to the Netherlands). The company provided great service. Irina was very helpful and responsive, communication on whatsapp. Everything went very smoothly and would use again!

My goods were collected in London from a storage facility and loaded into a visibly aged van bearing Romanian registration plates. The driver spoke no English, making any communication impossible from the outset. Rather than being transported directly, my goods were held in storage for a further two weeks before being transferred to a second vehicle bound for France — with no prior notice or explanation provided. On the scheduled delivery date, I received no update whatsoever. No tracking link had been shared, no communication was proactively initiated, and the delivery simply did not take place. When I sought clarification, I was informed — after the fact — that the van had broken down and required replacement. In total, my goods were loaded on three separate occasions and unloaded four times. This level of handling is wholly unacceptable and far exceeds any reasonable expectation for a standard removal service. When my belongings finally arrived, the removal boxes were visibly damage
