How did you start your business?
Having spent most of his career in and around the hospitality industry, Christian Hudson-Evans learnt the importance of high level customer care and what he considers the most important trait of the industry, flexibility. Having re-opened a 400 year old pub in the heart of the Cotswolds, he taught himself to picture hang and fix almost anything that came his way. Christian believes anything can be achieved by looking at things calmly and positively. He has taken these traits with him into Brian
What makes your services standout?
We are always try to exceed expectations and whilst we thoroughly enjoy the good feedback we actively ask for the not so good which occasionally happens so we can always get better.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Tell us everything then there are no surprises and we can be honest and upfront about everything!! We would much prefer to know in advance than be unprepared during the event.
