“Each Time Successful & Efficient”
Status Move recently completed our move from the UK to Turkey with their usual efficiency & professionalism. This was the 3rd time we have used them, which says it all. As comparisons we asked 2 other local companies for prices - they couldn't be bothered to come & look. Ours was a big house with outbuildings which required fully packing & organizing using 2 containers - 1 x 20 ft, the other 1 x 40 ft; so a big job. The packers arrived a few days early & worked systematically & efficiently during the packing up. When it came to the day of loading, they worked like Trojans throughout the whole episode. Everything went as per information provided regarding the Shipping & Unloading in Turkey. When it came to finally unloading & unpacking the damage was minimal due to the expertise in packing. What is your top advice for your customers?
The top advice we can give to our customers is to allow enough time to prepare your move so that they can communicate to us all the items that they are moving as well as the access conditions and parking are discussed both at collection and delivery sites. Any narrow or long carry involved should always be advised in advance. Any items that are particularly heavy are notified. Any fragile items are flagged as well. Any items that need assembly or disassembly are also pointed out in advance.
