The company completed removal of moss from main roof of my Tooting Bec home and applied moss repellent. Asked for a quote based on information in a building survey we had done. They were able to get round to the house quickly. Only thing I would say is that it would have been better if he hadn't given the feedback to the home owner (who wasn't the customer, I was) before giving me the report.
