How did you start your business?
I’ve never been one for a desk job. I started this removals business because I love being on the ground, solving problems, and staying active. That hands-on experience is the backbone of our company. I’ve instilled a culture of discipline in everything we do—from the way we pack the truck to the punctuality of our crew. But the real heart of this business is my passion for helping people. I know that moving is a massive life event, and I make it my personal mission to look after every customer.
What makes your services standout?
Most companies move boxes; we move people. We understand that moving is an emotional milestone. We stand out because we prioritize your well-being. Whether it’s taking the extra five minutes to place a sofa exactly where you want it or being the calm presence in a hectic day, we look after you as much as your furniture.
What is your top advice for your customers?
1. Label by Destination, Not Content When we arrive at the destination, we want to get your items to the right spot immediately to save you work later. The Tip: Label boxes on the side (not the top) with the room they belong in (e.g., "KITCHEN"). This way, when boxes are stacked, we can still see exactly where they need to go. 2. Protect the "High-Traffic" Areas A disciplined move respects the property as much as the items. The Tip: Use floor protectors or old rugs on the main walkways
