Booked for 8 oclock , didnt get us to 9.30 so q late start.. Van wasnt big enough , they didnt come to our house to view the amount we had and when I rang to say my concern was told we needed 2 vans then, which would be double the cost . 5 hour journey took them 7 hours so we had to pay extra as it was hourly rate . The men worked really hard and were very helpful .
