“Go elsewhere!”
If you want sentimental items left behind...go with them. I specified an item (fig tree) on quote and in person on the day and they left without it. We had 3 guys, fretting shortly after their arrival that they wouldn't have enough room in their vans. 3 hours later, they said another person was coming to help them because they were concerned they wouldn't be done in the specified time. No-one turned up. I can only assume they got bored and rang the boss to speak to me saying they had to go to the new house. I genuinely feel like we had the trainee crew, keen to get an early finish on the Friday before Christmas. Oh and when they got bored unloading, they took to the 'lets just chuck it in the porch and run off' approach. Seriously, didn't even say they'd finished. Just vanished. Absolutely awful experience and glad it's over. I just cannot believe the mentality when their home time is in jeopardy. Do not use them!

Furniture moved with boxes. Heavy boxes put on top of light boxes causing damage, back of freezer damage to wiring and grill, washing machine pause button no longer works plus concrete birdbath broken seems to have been dropped or very heavily placed down.
