What is your top advice for your customers?
If you haven’t booked a pack service make sure all your items are packed up and ready to go. If you are doing your own dismantling and reassembly, make sure to bag all screws, bolts/ fittings are tape securely to the item in question. Try not to exchange and complete on the same day if possible, although it’s possible it can be a very long stressful day for all concerned. Do your research and see if you can get a licence to access the property before completion if this is your only option.
