Plan early and make access easy. If possible, book your move in advance, measure large items (sofas, wardrobes, appliances), and tell us about stairs, tight hallways, lifts, or parking restrictions. Label boxes by room and keep essentials (chargers, documents, meds, kettle, bedding) in a separate “first night” bag. For flats, reserve lift access and inform the building concierge/management ahead of time. The more we know upfront, the quicker, safer, and more cost-effective your move will be.
