“Don’t use them”
I paid £180 to move 2 mattresses and a tv. If not they were going to charge £120 just for coming to me. Just because my beds and wardrobe were assembled and they don’t work with assembled items. This was very unprofessional and a cheat. Why not tell a customer what you do and not do than to take their monies for a job not done. Shame on you guys

Hi Irene Unfortunately we arrived to find beds and wardrobes built up. No mention of dismantling was requested if this was then we would of quoted accordingly. Your wardrobe was also ready to collapse so we was unable to move it on one piece as requested. We then moved the other items you requested and a few extra items at no extra charge. We also carried a sofa out for you as you was unable to yourself which you wanted to tip with the council. You continued to go ahead with our services and got the other items moved and thanked us when we got the stuff to the other end. I do feel a 2 star review is unfair to say none of this was our fault.
