Move my stuff did the job well, nice friendly gents however they were a bit rushed and at times a little rough while moving large items down the stairs, since our move we have also discovered that most of our new storage box lids have been broken so not too happy about that but overall their service was good and would recommend to others.

We don't charge anything additional just what we quoted, so if you felt the quote was on the expensive side you would have been welcome to discuss this with us prior to accepting and allowing us to complete the work. Pleasant people and value for money BUT beware, you must unpack everything within a short time. We had to leave unpacking until we'd had a new roof fitted - an absolute emergency and, unfortunately, an expensive limited print was damaged and a mirror, again not a cheap mirror was also damaged. Had to leave unpacking for a week and when reported was told that AXA wouldn't accept our claim - out of time to report. Sorry but not good enough to offer only £40 compensation when goods cost us over £500. So YOU MUST UNPACK STRAIGHT AWAY whatever disaster occurs when you move,

Dear Des Thankyou for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the insurance policy. Unfortunately, as stated in our terms and conditions (to which you signed in agreement to) there is a 7 day window after the removal has been completed for all customers to notify us of any problems so that we can pass this on to the insurers. On this occasion you reported the damage 2 weeks after the removal and the insurance company would not cover this. If you had notified us during the 7 day period that you needed extra time to unpack due to unforeseen circumstances we could have notified the insurers and they could have extended the 7 day window to accommodate you but unfortunately this did not happen. As our insurance would not cover the damage to the print and the mirror we did refund you £40 as a gesture of good will as we value your custom and aim to provide excellent service for all of our customers. Once again, please accept my apologies for the confusion.

Moved us out stored everything for 5 weeks then moved us into the new place 130 miles away . They went above and beyond , great bunch of lads , worked extremely hard and were very careful. Never once moaned about carrying stuff along way or up awkward staircases . I would highly recommend this company and the quote was very competitive with no hidden extras .
