“Not happy with service provided.”
Turned up 3 hours late. Was very slow while packing van. Was not careful with fragile items and did not secure them. They broke various items including smashing a large valuable Chinese vase when starting to unload van. And when asked about insurance, they said they don't insurance vases. There was also a large lamp broke as they stood a mattress against it in the house. And nearly all my ornaments are broken. I would definitely not recommend then to anyone even if I was paid. They made my traumatic move a nightmare and charged me £550 in the process. Its going to cost me a hell of a lot more than that to replace broken items. And I can't replace item that were family heirlooms. They've destroyed memories.
