Sufyan and his team of 5 men worked tirelessly to have us out of our property in time for completion. Sufyan was very friendly, polite and professional throughout. A couple of items were slightly damaged but to be expected when moving heavy, bulky furniture. Will use again and recommend to others.

“House move”
Customer service before move was great and quick. On the day, removal men arrived on time, presented T&C to sign and asked us to pay in cash, which we said no to. One mover asked for a cup of tea within 10 min, which we hadn't expected due to government advice for house moves during the pandemic. Removal men were quick and tidy. Didn't wear masks or really keep distance. They arrived at new property before us. On arrival after 2.5hr drive, we received phone call from the office asking for full payment immediately, which we did, even though the men at the start had said we didn't need to pay by midday as per T&C. Unloading and furniture assembly was chaotic and not done as they said it would be done in initial enquiry. 3 wardrobe doors were scratched which we only discovered after they left. After reporting this, we were told they will get back to us in 14 days. Very quick to chase customers for payment during a stressful moving day, slow to compensate for damage.

“Really good but unfortunately broke a few things”
The customer service was brilliant. They were on it, almost 24 hr service. Lovely guys moving on the day but unfortunately they broke a garden planter pot and my mother's hall mirror. A floor lamp also got damaged.
