Move For You Removals Ltd

We booked Move For You Removals through Getamover. Before the move, communication was very prompt and efficient, and the arrangements were handled smoothly. Unfortunately, our bed and wardrobe were damaged. The damage was noticed and raised with the removal team on site, and we reported it immediately with photographs. Regarding the bed, the company claims the damage was pre-existing and says they have photos taken before dismantling. We disagree and have asked to see those photos. The photos previously referred to appear to show different internal damage, not the external damage we reported. The company also states that the furniture was fully protected with shrink wrap and blankets. However, the damaged wardrobe panel was not wrapped in stretch film when it was carried into the garage. We have photographs taken immediately afterwards showing this. The claim remains unresolved.

Professional & punctual. Everything arrived safely

Particularly impressed with the movers team who spent a large amount of time dissasembling and assembling our furniture for us.

Excellent service and goes out of way to help

Professional service

Fantastic experience with Move For You from start to finish. First class customer service from Jenny, incredibly helpful and professional. Excellent team of packers and movers. Would highly recommend

Sufyan and his team of 5 men worked tirelessly to have us out of our property in time for completion. Sufyan was very friendly, polite and professional throughout. A couple of items were slightly damaged but to be expected when moving heavy, bulky furniture. Will use again and recommend to others.

Upfront with costs. Nothing to complain.

Very helpful, polite and well mannered.

A lovely team and a pleasure to have around; they did a fantastic job and it was worth every penny.
