The experience was very positive. The contract was agreed and confirmed in writing; the pick up of the relatively small load of items occurred on the stated day from the place of storage in UK and delivered nineteen days later to a residence in northern Spain. The staff at Came-Ro office were pleasant, efficient and helpful as were the drivers. It was very a stress-free experience; all much appreciated.

The removal was both late on collection and delivery although this didnt cause us too many problems. We were not kept informed of these delays and had to chase ourselves for information. Unfortunately a few items were damaged in transit. On the plus side Chloe in their office was very helpful.
