We are a family-run removal company and employ a friendly, professional local team. We look after people moves from 2008 and enjoy every day. It's nice to meet many new people and to see some people's families grow with us. Our main workload is repeated customers and recommendations. As a team, we strive for excellence. We are here to make your move easy.

Dear Wendy, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our booking was specifically for moving the larger items only. Prior to the move, it was agreed that the smaller items would be transported separately by your husband using a hired van. Regarding the furniture, our team reassembled all items that we had dismantled as part of the moving service. However, the shed was not dismantled by our team, and therefore, reassembly of the shed was not included in the agreed service. On the day, we also offered to move the remaining items for an additional fee, but this option was declined as you advised that you would complete the rest of the move yourselves. We always aim to provide a professional and transparent service, and are sorry that your expectations were different from what was agreed. We wish you all the best in your new home.

I booked Yess removals at very short notice and they were able to fully accommodate my needs.The team were brilliant, they arrived early and had me moved from Croydon to Kent in no time. Nothing was a problem, they assembled everything back to its original state and placed all the boxes in the correct rooms. The team were polite and courteous and handled all my items with respect and care. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Delivered what they promised to do and even asked if anything else needs to be moved, not once not twice. Very courteous and friendly team, they were interested in what they were doing for me and not in too much of a hurry to getaway. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

The staff was friendly and arrived on. They were really helpful to be sure everything could be moved out. The mounting of the bed was paid upfront. However they had to leave with mount the bed because they had another moving and it took a bit longer than expected.

How did you start your business?
We moved a lot in our life, helped loads of friends to move too and we enjoyed doing it. Decided to try it as a business and here we are. Love every day of it.
What makes your services standout?
We are friendly team, look after each customer needs, encourage them and support them. We all know that to reach removal day is very stressful and long process that's why we aim relocation to make as smooth as we can by trying to pay attention to every detail. We give free advise and recommendations.
