I hate leaving bad reviews but I must. When I booked them I was very happy as the quoted price belated the rest (only with little margin) but also because they seemed sure their 6 hour package would be enough. The guys who came were nice but there was language issue and then they were basically outsourced. Had no clue about the tasks booked. Struggled alot with ikea wardrobes and damaged one. For which they didn't charge 2 hours they spend on it but it doesn't matter as I had to pay ikea 170 pounds to fix the wardrobes again which I then did myself. Both men were very helpful in terms of doing back and forth we had alot of stuff so I wasn't too furious but then my partner helped them each tasks. By the end of the day everyone was tired. So, not an amazing experience.

took far longer than expected, I thought qwo men doing the work would save time but one guy stayed in the van stacking whilst the other did the heavy lifting. Am stll awaiting a reciept for the work and unexpectedly had to pay the second the job was completed, there and then which I wasn't expecting.

Ok but stressful - affordable but broke things in boxes and did not send a full crew as promised.

Our driver was a nice guy, helpful. But he was 2 hours late, customer service learned from their driver was late. They did not provide necessary updates unless I called or texted them multiple times

We had a few complications before moving day that madevot challenging for our movers to complete their job in one day. A quick conversation with head office found a solution that got our house fully moved in 3 days.
