Zayn from Cos Freight helped us through the various stages of moving with step-by-step instructions and forms to fill. When the crew turned up to load the freight, they diligently packed the few bulky items which we had not packed ourselves. All boxes were clearly numbered, labelled and inventorised. And then loaded into a van. The intercontinental shipping itself took about two and a half months. Upon arrival, the local crew unloaded and thoroughly went through the inventory list. All items accounted for, and a friendly and competent crew. Very happy. I would have given 5 stars in every category if it wasn’t for me having to ask for updates on the progress of shipping. This could have been done more pro-actively.

Cos Freight were a pleasure to deal with. A team of three packed up our entire house from top to bottom and all three were very attentive and wrapped everything superbly. We did not have one breakage during transit from UK to USA. Zayn, who was my point of contact kept me informed throughout the process and all timelines were met to perfection. Once goods arrived in the US I was handed to a partner company, International Movers based in the US, and once again they were faultless. In a nutshell I would have no problem recommending Cos Freight and Zayn was a fantastic point of contact that was available throughout the move. Ten out of ten experience!!

Unbelievably good. The most professional and quality move I’ve ever had. Prompt, and moved everything with extreme care.

Everything was going well in the beginning as the removal men were very fast and efficient so I thought that was a good thing but I found out later that they had just put everything willy nilly into any box not labeled it so when it came to trying to find certain items it was a nightmare! They also stacked things badly and didn't wrap fragile items at all! It's fair to say I won't be using or recommending them any time soon.
