Anglo Removal

Long move from Torquay to small fishing village on Fife coast. Efficient initial visit to assess, then to pack the van, then deliver and return home. All done quickly with no fuss and courtesy. Would use again.

Items supposed to be wrapped / protected but weren’t. My gym size big mirror and large flat panel TV were scratched, plus other minor things. Carpet was supposed to be protected but only small part was covered by a cloth and no protection at all on the wooden floor at the other end.

Friendly and helpful staff

The man was on time, seemed very professional, he was suppose to ring me the next day, but I rang him, he had a breakdown, people sick, so short staffed, he was kind, he dropped box’s off at my home, gave him a cheque (deposit) but no receipt. The day came we moved, some things did get a little damage, they only wanted to do one trip to our new house, which was literally up the road, so not all our stuff went, so had to do several trips to new house by walking, overall I suppose it was not a bad service but could had been better.

Great team. Nothing too much trouble. Free boxes were a bonus. I had qualms about our stuff being in storage but everything was in perfect condition after 8 weeks. Very competitive price. Good communication was helpful with all the hassle that goes with a move.

Our move was completed quickly and very efficiently by the team from Anglo Carriers. We were extremely pleased with the whole service and would not hesitate in recommending them.

I could not fault them and would recommend them to anyone. Due to shielding I had to rely on family to move many years of stuff . Excellent value at £1000 ,and the packing was so careful. I have found nothing damaged so far. Many thanks !
