“Terrible communication, poor service”
Move went well on the day, up until they needed to reassemble our bed. We then discovered that they lost parts of our hydraulic bed frame. They promised to source the parts to replace what they had lost, but after 4 weeks of sleeping on a mattress on the floor we have given up and had to source it ourselves. Not answering any phone calls, emails, or text messages. Really poor customer service and shocking communication.
