We did not have a very good experience with this removal company. Over the last 11 years, we have moved 5 times and used various companies. Some good, some ok. However, this was almost a surreal experience. We booked a full removal service, including packing, dismantling, reassembling, and was told by Dani that a 3 bed house on average takes 4-5 hours and that the movers don’t take any breaks (not that I would mind them taking a tea break or two!) The movers showed up close to 9.30 (booking made for 8) without any tools. Had to provide our own tools until toolbox arrived. In five hours they dismantled a bed, packed half of the two wardrobes, moved three chest of drawers, a sofa and a coffee table. In that time, we packed up a whole van (our own rental), dismantled several pieces of furniture and packed 4x thr amount. Told they couldn’t do the wardrobes (given two diff reasons). Next day, my pal and I dismantled, moved and rebuilt them in two hours. Guys were lovely, but clueless

I personally rated London Removals Service Ltd for my move to a new apartment as 5 star for Quality, Customer Service and Value for Money. For a small company I found there service to be excellent and very reasonably priced by comparison to other removal companies I considered. I would recommend to anyone for consideration.

Very professional kept informed throughout process will definitely use this company again,they done everything efficiently, really helpful guys, moved us from 4 bed flat to 5 bedrooms house with no issue, quick finished the job

London removals is Reliable company, Arrived on time, Hard worker guys , helped me dismantle, pack and reassemble the items, they were tidy , quick workers , I would highly recommend them to others . Thanks a lot guys
