“Brilliant service”
Really professional, really friendly, on time. We moved to a bit of a complicated location, very narrow street and very narrow staircase but the team were brilliant, loads of experience which clearly showed. It can be daunting asking someone to move all your belongings and sometimes your sceptical who you are hiring. But I fully recommend goldfish removals.

I was really pleased - the move all happened at the last minute and was a bit chaotic. Mary in the office provisionally booked the date and kept it clear for me until we had exchanged. The two removal men were very pleasant. They came on time and cleared everything very quickly and were available as soon as I got my keys. The stuff was all in the new house within an hour or so, and put where I'd asked for it to be located. Very efficient.

Excellent customer service via email/video call and telephone prior to the move. I was kept updated if any changes and they reconfirmed shortly before the move. Actual movers also very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.
