“AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
PLESE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are not professionals. I emailed over a list that I need moving. of course I presume they would send a truck/van that could fit it all in? Clearly they hadn't bothered reading it, about an hour in, the guys says I can't fit anymore in, my boss will send another van. This was probably my rookie mistake, presuming that since it is their fault, they wouldn't charge me more (bearing in mind it is an hourly charge) Solicitors call to say the keys are ready, we then wait for 1.5 hours for another van to turn up (did not know at this time, we were paying for the other van to just sit there). Long story short, while I am talking to the site people (it is a new build) the boss then calls his guys to stop moving any of the stuff as he needed payment immediately! I could have paid professionals that kind of money (guys broke my tv screen, not wrapped it properly, they did not want to know) mattresses all dirty, also not wrapped) PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

Had prepared for the move as best as possible had a plan in mind and a budget of 4hrs -6 hrs. The total move took about 7 hours so over our budget. Luckily had the Jan discount. The 2 man team were amazing and listened to instructions. They were very helpful and would have left the whole house done but due to us wanting to keep hours low we decided to do the smaller rooms ourselves bathroom/kitchen. Disassembling and reassembling was completed, took care of our new house walls etc. great experience, never moving again but if I do I would use them again. Prepare a better budget though maybe call ahead and ask average time for your house and size though. Min 3 hrs definitely makes sense

Always always always prepare yourselves mentally and physically for the moving process. Organise your belongings and prepare well in advance, which will help massively reduce overall moving costs. Failure to do so could result in overpaying for a removals service.
