The company provided good communication before our move and confirmed arrival on the day. The team were efficient, hardworking and very carefully packed up our breakable and large items. We chose them as they showed us past work and provided the most detailed information prior to the move.

From the outset, we were treated with kindness and courtesy. Everything was explained, there were no hidden costs. The removal men were good-natured, despite a huge amount of work, and took great care of our furniture. This was a big move but the least stressful I've known.

It was a difficult move, from a top floor flat, three flights of stairs. The guy did a great job and didn’t complain. I’m very grateful for the care they took with my furniture.

The team were the most calm and efficient they could have been. They worked so well together and created a really calm atmosphere which is not what we have experienced from other companies in the past. The work was done professionally and everything we asked for was agreed to. Nothing has been damaged and they worked the whole day to make sure our possessions were safely placed in storage where we needed them. Excellent service in all areas from first contact to the final payment. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who has been traumatised by removal companies in the past!!!
