Plaza is a very organized moving company. They rang to arrange a surveyor to assess our furniture and stuff. Dani even went to the carpark to see how the route should go. They rang again two days before to confirm the moving. On the day of moving, they rang before and upon arrival. The staff was swift and took good care in packing and moving. Everything went smooth and well. Not a single plate was broken. A week later, they sent somebody to take the empty boxes for recycle. It wasn't the cheapest quotation we got but I think they delivered very well. Highly recommend.

Easy process, wrapped soft furniture.

A couple of slight hiccups but all resolved and nothing worth mentioning. Otherwise the guys turned up on the Monday as agreed to pack and more turned up on the Tuesday to move us and a week later they came back to pick up the unwanted boxes. No breakages and lots of communication and very happy

Pros Great communicators. The crew worked hard and ultimately had a long day 8am till 10pm and still a 2.5 hour drive home and did not complain- Cons I did receive a phone call from the office after about two hours of the move saying that there was a lot more items than when the survey was done which simply could not have been further from the truth. We actually had sold an American fridge freezer, a tumble dryer and a chest freezer and also two double beds which were on the second floor. We were asked for an extra £300 which I simply said no to and we’ll discuss later. When it came to completing the packing of the vans I was then told that there was insufficient room on the three vans for all of our items. We were only talking about 15 outdoor plant pots of which three or four were quite large, but it was always known that we would have a lot of plants. I simply said that in that case leave them and I will come back another day with a van of my own to get them. HenceCS low score

Attended my property to estimate volume of goods to be moved and given a costing at end of visit, very reassuring. Arrived promptly to load and unloaded at destination as best as possible in wet conditions in dark after long journey. Staff lack of English caused me some concern but everything, apart from 1 very minor damage, went to plan. Office staff polite and helpful. Good value money wise.

A large move involving 5 vans. A little chaotic, but real enthusiasm, lots of guys involved and got the job done.

The team did a great job from reaching out for an onsite inspection, giving us a quotation and also arranging for the final move. We had to push back a few times and the team was really patient and helpful in making the rearrangements for us. The onsite crew was really hard working and did a great job at helping us all day! Really good removalists and large jumbo truck. New what they were doing, very swift but careful. & Office customer care staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault them actually 🙂
