Quality: Poor – One mirror was broken during the move, and no suitable carpet protection was used despite the rainy weather. My carpets had just been professionally deep-cleaned, but wet boots made them dirty again. This was disappointing and avoidable. Customer Service: Poor – They agreed to return two days later to reassemble my dismantled wardrobe but never came back. Despite repeated messages and phone calls, I received no response, and my number was eventually blocked. I had to pay someone else to complete the assembly. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Value for Money: Okay – The move itself was completed, but the additional wardrobe assembly cost and the damage to my belongings affected the overall value. Given the issues, I would expect much better service for the money paid.

Dan was good at communicating prior to removal day and turned up on time with his colleague. They loaded up efficiently and with speed. 2 & half hour drive to offload to new address and again done with speed and good communication. A couple of pieces of furniture have sustained some minor damage which is disappointing but overall a very good service and value for money.
