“A fair service”
They had around 2 hours delay. The driver used a long route to reach my new place. I arrive 20 minutes sooner than the VAN! I think they just wanted to pass the minimum 3 hours and they were successful.

Dear Mohammad, thank you for taking out of your time to review our services. We do our best to avoid any delays on the moving date, however sometimes there are obstacles that are out of our control. Our team kept you updated about the time of their arrival at all the time. In regards to the route our team chose, you have to consider that always traveling with a loaded van takes longer than traveling with a regular car. Also, sometimes there are restrictions on the road that doesn't allow our vans to go through and an alternative route must be chosen. We always took the best route and that can be checked via the GPS tracking system that each of our vans has. Your service took 4 and half hours, so even the driving time were less, still your service would go over the minimum service charge. We appriciate working with you. Our team wishes a lot of joyful moments in your new home.

Coordinating with VP smart removal was easy. They conducted a free survey of our place and of our things . They arrived on time and did the job efficiently and fast. How did you start your business?
I used to be a worker in a removals company I got the experience and decided to start doing it myself. I have recruited some of my old co-workers as with the years I have realized that the good business comes with good and professional workers.
What makes your services standout?
After thousands of customers I know that the most important is the man power itself, the people that do the move, the people that drive the van, assemble the furniture and s.o. This what makes our company better than others is each of the workers have got years experience behind their back, each of them is professional mover. Our work is our mirror of what we are, the main aim is quality work for every customer.This could easily be seen in all the reviews left online.
What is your top advice for your customers?
When you look for removals company you should check their reviews, insurances, prices and hidden fees. Never get someone just because of the price. Then when you book make sure you'll reserve a parking place as near as possible to your home, got the keys or at least time when you will get them. This will save a lot of hours work and waiting time. Also we do recommend if your property is more than 2 bedrooms to have survey as an advice for this kind of properties is to have fixed price.
