“Exceptionally Professional, an amazing experience”
The job was done in a record time and the mover drove safely. I was able to drive with him in the van throughout the journey. Non of my property was damaged throughout the journey and the mover was friendly. The customer service was top notch, compared to any other service I have ever had. This was the best interaction I had with any services I was provided. I recommend anyone who wants to move safely and for long distance from the north to the south this agency.

“Exceptionally professional & courteous!”
Faheem was extremely punctual and made sure our move from Manchester to London was as stress-free as possible. He checked our items to make sure everything was intact and that we didn’t leave anything out. Customer service was lovely and blankets and bubble wrap were provided for fragile items. If I had to move again, I would definitely go to Faheem!

Thank you for the confirmation I just wanted to add, Faheem was excellent help throughout the whole move he was adaptable, very supportive and ensured all of our belongings were fully taken care of all the way from start to finish. And both my partner and myself found him really friendly. Its been a stressful time and a stressful move and he was chatting to us the whole time. We have no damage to report and no items missing. “Healthy experience”
I had a pleasant experience with Falcon Swift Removals. Especially with their customer care since I unfortunately had to cancel my removal in the end, but they went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Their made a commercial gesture to match the other offers I had gotten, and when I had to cancel my move due to exceptional circumstances they refund the deposit I had given away which was very human. Would recommend.

Hi we did our best to move you with a cheapest quote for £200 from Salford to Rochdale I did some extra work as a courtesy but I can't skip your mattress free of cost we have to pay as a business, we still respect your comments but can't pay from my pocket to make customer happy.

I started my removal business a couple of years ago and I used to work for a company, now after struggling a lot, I have managed to provide top quality service to my customers.

My services are very professional and we ensure to pack deliveries to the best of our ability to make sure they reach the customers safely and in their best condition. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority.
What is your top advice for your customers?
The advice I would give my customers is asking them how they want us to deliver their things and which way would best suit them to make it the easiest possible for them.
